After years of management and services experience in the automotive industry as a General Sales Manager and General Manager for multiple well-known automotive brands, like Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, Honda, and Nissan, Joe decided to move towards a more challenging business, Real Estate. Joe received his real estate license in 1991 while managing a Nissan Dealership and became a top Real Estate agent in sales and listings in a few short months, leading one of the most successful real estate teams in the industry. Joe reached out to the Arab world and joined the Al Habtoor Group in Dubai to understand the Arab world’s real estate needs. Upon returning to the states, he expanded his business into the mortgage/finance and commercial real estate industries before he opened his first office in Fremont, California and there he received his broker license in Mortgage and Real Estate.
Joe Kordahi now manages a team of professionals to provide Mortgage and Real Estate services to clients from around the world in his two (2) branches located in Tracy, California and Beirut, Lebanon.
